Our two main Professionals are both Freelance Photographers and therefore, during the course of their normal work may appear at many different sporting or media driven events.

Pre- Organised Events

If, we are asked to attend an event we will be happy to protect access to any images held on our website.

During our day to day work and the development of our business, we regulary review many of the national sporting bodies Child Protection Policies. Our staff have been trained and in most cases are also Professional Photographers.

Our photographers will not enter changing rooms or toilet facilities with photographic equipment. They will not put themselves in a position of having unsupervised access to young people.

All staff have undertaken the appropriate CRB checks.

We provide the appropriate cover for our equipment and liability insurance needs.

At contracted events, our staff will at all times be wearing identity badges or company issued clothing or high visibility vests.

We will refuse to take photographs of any individual, who we feel is in-appropriately dressed for the event.

In some forms of sports (example motor sports), accidents are inevitable and are seen as part and partial of the event. Although we will take photographs of these situations, we will not take images of any individual while under the care of the Emergency Services.

Website 

All the images on our site are identified by the event and date, individual images are numbered only.

PRE-ORGANISED EVENTS: organiser's will be given an option to password protect the event.

Where this has not been selected, any individual Parent or Guardian who requires the images of their child to be removed, should email us with the image numbers for removal.

Event Images 4U under copy write law will own each image.
